P.E.

Physical Education

      Students have P.E every third week with Coach Perez.  Our specials schedule rotates after a whole week each special.  It is important that students bring a water bottle to school everyday but especially on P.E days.  In addition to emphasizing fitness to the students she will also help develop a sense of fair play and cooperation with others.  Please discuss and demonstrate healthy eating habits and encourage physical fitness at home.  In your child's agenda they have a place to record the healthy choices they make daily.  Coach Perez will reward those who consistently fill in this section.  

In addition to P.E. every third week, we also have 30 minutes of health and nutrition each day.  This can consist of anything from learning to make healthy choices to learning to play a new game as a group.
